Abstract :The antioxidant activit y of oligermeric Proant hocyanidins and various f ractions was determined by using Rancimat . It come to a conclusion :t he antioxidant activit y of Dimers in OPC′s was st rongest .

摘要: 对低聚原花青素及薄层分离的单体、二聚体、三聚体的抗氧化性能进行了测定, 得出二聚体的抗氧化性能最强。
